The Cedarburg Basketball Club (CBC) is a select basketball program for boys and girls from 3rd through 8th grade who live in Cedarburg - or - attend a Cedarburg school. We teach character, life lessons and solid fundamental basketball skills by giving kids the opportunity to play in competitive practices and games.  The season runs roughly from October into March, and includes regular travel outside of our community. 

Please see below for the dates/times of tryouts for the upcoming CBC season.  4th thru 8th grade boys will have a two-night tryout, while 4th thru 8th grade girls will have (1) 90-minute tryout.  

All incoming 3rd graders should plan to attend their session on 8/29, where they’ll have an opportunity to be fitted for jerseys (if needed), have some questions answered, and shoot around for a short time.

For all grades, please note that registration and attendance at the tryout does not constitute acceptance into the club.  Depending on the numbers of kids trying out at the various grade levels, skill level, and coaching capacity, the club reserves the right to make cuts.  The Club will send email communications out to ALL participants regarding acceptance/denial into the club by mid-September.

Please, be sure to register for your tryout, and bring a basketball, clearly marked with your name, to the tryout (including 3rd graders).

Registration will close on August 16th, so please do not delay.

                                    6:15-7:45pm – Boys 4th and 5th

                                    8:00p-9:30pm – Boys 6th, 7th and 8th

Tuesday, August 22nd  

                                    6:30-7:45pm – Girls 4th and 5th

                                    8:00p-9:30pm – Girls 6th, 7th and 8th

Wednesday, August 23rd

                                    6:15-7:45pm – Boys 6th, 7th and 8th        

                                    8:00p-9:30pm – Boys 4th and 5th

Tuesday, August 29th  

3rd grade Boys and Girls (shoot around, jersey fitting)

                                    6:30 – 6:45pm – Short Orientation / Q&A

                                    6:45pm – ?  The gym will be cleared after athletes have been fitted

Attention Cedarburg Families – The ‘Summer League’ is an extension of our winter CBC season.  Anyone that played in our winter CBC season will be invited and included in Summer League.  CBC Summer League does not allow individual athletes to sign up and join—you must be part of a team.  If you didn’t participate in our winter league, we would encourage you to try out for our upcoming season, with tryouts in late August or September.
